IDpack Enterprise includes advanced features for large organizations that require higher capacity, enhanced image quality, and advanced operational control. The plan supports QR codes, up to 4K Ultra HD photo ID quality, record import and export, secure data handling, and advanced role-based access for multiple users.

The Enterprise plan includes up to 400 projects, each with its own dedicated design and data set, allowing organizations to manage large-scale deployments, multiple departments, clients, or operational workflows independently within a single account.

IDpack supports a wide range of identification needs, including access control cards, student ID cards, price tags, membership cards, convention badges, event passes, and other identification formats. Projects and records can be accessed securely at any time using IDpack.

Service Bureau capabilities
IDpack Enterprise supports Service Bureau workflows for organizations that provide photo ID card printing services or manage centralized badge production for multiple locations. This model is ideal for headquarters or service centers that produce and distribute ID cards for warehouses, regional offices, farm fields, campuses, events, or client organizations.

Service Bureau access enables centralized management of customers, projects, users, and print queues while maintaining strict separation of data, designs, and permissions for each customer or location.

Customer-managed AWS infrastructure
IDpack Enterprise allows organizations to configure and use their own AWS infrastructure for data storage, including an AWS RDS (MySQL) database and an AWS S3 bucket. All data is stored within the organization's AWS account, and IDpack does not access, view, or manage the database or storage contents. Connection credentials are securely encrypted using the organization's private encryption key.
